Spinach gratin

Ingredients (for 1 people):

  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 1/2 potato or 2 tablespoons of cooked fine semolina
  • 20g grated gruyere cheese
  • 5g butter or a large knob of butter

Preheat your oven.

Remove the stalks from the spinach and wash it.  Cook in a saucepan of boiling water for about 15 minutes. Strain and then blend into a puree with the cooked potato or semolina.  Add the cheese and mix.

Pour your mixture into an oven dish and then sprinkle with little knobs of butter and cook for about 5 minutes at 200°C.

No need to add salt because it is already included in the cheese.

Breast milk is the ideal nutrition for your baby. It naturally contains everything your baby needs to grow.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends feeding your baby exclusively with breast milk up to the age of 6 months. France Lait Laboratory supports this recommendation & therefore prohibits all communication on infant formulas (0-6 months).
