In a large cooking pot, cook the meat in ½ litre of water and bring to the boil.
Add the cabbage juice and salt and leave to simmer gently.
Add the carefully rinsed cabbage, mushrooms, sausages, pepper, sliced onion, finely chopped garlic and bay leaf.
Cook for about 30 minutes.
Remove the meat and the sausage and cut into small pieces. Put them back into the cooking pot and add the marjoram. Cook for another 5 minutes.
