Roast pork with mash

Ingredients (for 1 people):

  • 20g well-cooked roast pork
  • 1 apple
  • 1 potato
  • 2 teaspoons of walnut or rapeseed oil

Wash, peel and chop the apple and potatoes.  Make sure all the pips have been removed.

Steam the potato for 15 minutes and then add the apple pieces.  Cook for another 15 minutes.

Blend the mixture with the oil and place in a bowl.

Then blend the roast pork and add it to the mixture.

 

Tip: For a creamy, smooth texture, you can add a little infant milk to your mash.
