Rabbit with spinach

Ingredients
  • 30g cooked rabbit meat
  • 1 small carrot
  • 30g frozen spinach
  • 30g rice
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
Preparation
Wash, peel and chop the carrot into thin rounds. Steam the carrot and spinach for 20 minutes. In a saucepan, cook the rice as per the instructions on the packet. Once the vegetables are cooked, blend them with the rice, oil and cooked rabbit. Serve.
