Ingredients
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 30g feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
Preparation

Wash, peel and finely dice the pepper and tomato.

Steam for 10 minutes.

In a frying pan, fry the finely chopped onion.

Add the well-cooked tomato and pepper. Crumble the feta into the mixture and mix.

When the cheese has melted, add the beaten egg and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

If you want it to be completely smooth, you can blend the mixture.
