Meatballs with vegetables

 Ingredients 
 - 300g minced beef
 - 4 carrots
 - 2 courgettes
 - 100g celery
 - 100g broccoli
 - 100g green beans
 - 2 eggs
 - Breadcrumbs or crushed biscotte
 
 Preparation 
 Carefully wash and dice the vegetables.
In a large bowl, mix the minced meat and vegetables. Make balls and place on a plate.
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
Pour the breadcrumbs into another bowl.
Take the meatballs and roll them in the first bowl and then dip in the second bowl. In a hot frying pan, fry until the meat is cooked.
Serve the meatballs with a puree or a carefully washed green salad.
