In a large pot with a little water, cook the chicken strips with the spices and cardamom. Set aside.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Add the oil to the pot and cook the garlic/onion mixture. Add the herbs, chopped parsley, chopped coriander and the carefully washed and diced tomatoes.
Continue cooking. Add the chicken with a little water and simmer until the chicken is completely cooked.
Add the vinegar and turn off the heat. Season. Serve with rice.
