Fish balls with diced vegetables

Ingredients
  • 30g cod fillet
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 50g peas
  • 50g green beans
  • 2 knobs of butter
Preparation

Wash, peel and chop the vegetables. Cook them in boiling water for 10 minutes

Cut the onion into thick pieces and blend with the fish. Make balls with this mixture and steam for about 10 minutes.

Then mash the vegetables with a little butter using a fork or masher.

Serve.
