Cream of cucumber and coconut soup

 Ingredients 
 - 1 cucumber
- 20cL coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
- 8 ice cubes
 Preparation 
 Carefully wash the cucumber. Peel it and then cut it in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds using a spoon and then dice finely.
Place the cucumber, coconut milk, ice cubes and the ginger in a blender and blend until you get a creamy, homogenous mixture. Serve immediately.
