Courgette fondue with veal

Ingredients
  • 1 small potato
  • 1 small courgette
  • 20g veal escalope
  • 50mL follow-on formula
  • 1 knob of butter
Preparation

Wash, peel and chop the potato and courgette. Steam for 10 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, cook the veal escalope for 10 minutes in a frying pan without any oil. Once the vegetables are cooked, blend with the meat and a knob of butter and 50mL of reconstituted follow-on formula.

Serve.
