Corn mash with mango (Ivory Coast)

Ingredients
  • 90g corn
  • 90g mango
Preparation

Peel and cut the mango into small pieces. Strain the corn if it is from a tin and mix with the mango.

Pour this mixture into a saucepan with a little water and gently simmer for 10 minutes.

Blend this all together until the mixture is creamy.

Serve.
