Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Break the chocolate into little pieces and melt in a bain-marie. In a large bowl, mix the melted chocolate with the mascarpone and then add the flour, eggs and sugar. Mix.
Soak the biscuits in the growing-up milk formula, mash them, and then place into the bottom of a greased cake tin.
Pour your mixture on top and cook for 15 minutes.
Leave to cool before serving.
