Chocolate cream

Ingredients
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 300mL follow-on formula
  • 40g dark chocolate
Preparation

Break the chocolate into little pieces and melt in a bain-marie.

Add the slightly warmed reconstituted follow-on formula and the beaten egg.

Stir until the mixture thickens, but do not boil.

Pour the mixture into 2 small bowls and leave to cool before serving.
