In a saucepan, heat the water and cook the noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Strain and set aside.
In a wok or a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the finely chopped garlic, prawns and thyme. Fry on a very high heat for 3 minutes.
Then add the noodles and the lemon juice to this mixture.
Add salt and pepper, and mix. Serve immediately.
