Chicken breast with carrots and broccoli

Ingredients (for 1 people):

  • 1 carrot
  • 50g broccoli
  • 1 potato
  • 10g chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon of rapeseed or olive oil

Wash, peel and chop the carrots and potatoes.

Wash and chop the broccoli.

Steam the vegetables and chicken for 30 minutes.

Blend the vegetables and the meat, and add a teaspoon of rapeseed or olive oil
