Carrot cake

Ingredients
  • 250g grated carrots
  • 125g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g flour
  • 125g sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a large bowl, mix the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes frothy. Then add the flour and softened butter stirring regularly. Then add the cinnamon, baking powder and finally the grated carrots. Mix.

Pour this mixture into a greased cake tin.

 

Cook for about 1 hour. Leave to cool before serving.
