Carrot, apple and ginger smoothie

Ingredients
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 apples
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger
Preparation

Carefully wash the carrots and apples.

Peel and then chop them.

Blend all the ingredients together.

If your mixture is too thick, add some water or ice cubes.

 

Serve chilled.
