Artichoke cream

Ingredients
  • 2 artichoke bottoms
  • 100mL follow-on formula
  • 2 teaspoons of cornflour (Maïzena®)
  • 1 knob of butter
Preparation

Cook the artichoke bottoms in a saucepan of boiling water or a pressure cooker until very soft, and then blend.

In a saucepan, dilute the cornflour in the milk. Heat until thickened.

Add your mixture to the artichoke mash. Blend everything together and add a knob of butter.

Serve.
