Apricot cake

Ingredients
  • 200g apricots
  • 150g sugar
  • 120g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g flour
  • 1/3 sachet of baking powder
Preparation

Wash and chop the apricots. Cook them in a frying pan with 50g sugar for about 20 minutes.

 

Melt the butter.

 

In a large bowl, mix the eggs and the rest of the sugar until the mixture starts to turn white. Then add the flour, baking powder, melted butter and finally the apricots.

 

Grease a cake tin and pour in the mixture.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
