Being a dad

Some men only become fathers when they first hold their baby in their arms. Others are involved from the beginning of pregnancy or the first ultrasound scan.
> Baby’s arrival will represent an upheaval to your routine too. You will see your wife becoming a mother, and realise that you have new responsibilities you must meet. You will be required to pass on your values, raise your child, and find the right tone to assert your authority.
> Finding your place: the mother-child bond is so strong that some men may find this difficult. You may want to seek support from your wife.
> Sharing games and activities alone with your child, even when they are very small, can be a good way to discover the joy of being a father before all the other commitments it entails occur.
> Get involved from the start in all aspects of their care, protection and upbringing.

Breast milk is the ideal nutrition for your baby. It naturally contains everything your baby needs to grow.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends feeding your baby exclusively with breast milk up to the age of 6 months. France Lait Laboratory supports this recommendation & therefore prohibits all communication on infant formulas (0-6 months).
