- 1 egg
- 30g of tinned tuna
- 10g of cornflour (1 level tablespoon)
- 100mL of water
- 3 measuring scoops of follow-on formula
Beat the egg, then add the crumbled or mixed tuna.
Reconstitute 3 measuring scoops of follow-on formula using 100mL of water.
Mix all the ingredients together, then separate the mixture into two ramekins.
Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C. To be served warm with a portion of vegetables.
