- 2 tablespoons of fromage blanc
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- ½ orange
- 1 sponge finger
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
In a bowl, mix the fromage blanc with the vanilla sugar. Press the juice of half an orange and dip the sponge finger into it. Place the finger in the bottom of a glass dish, cover it with fromage blanc and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve chilled.
