Shepherd’s Pie

  • 40g minced beef
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 3 glasses of follow-on formula
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 small piece of garlic
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Wash, peel and chop the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water with a pinch of garlic for 20 minutes. Once your potatoes are cooked, mash them and add the reconstituted follow-on formula. Blend. Cook the meat. Place the minced beef in a greased oven dish, breaking it up into small pieces. Sprinkle with thyme. Spread the mash over the meat.   Put into the oven for 10 minutes. Leave to cool and then serve.
