Semolina with vegetable stock and cauliflower

  • 4 tablespoons of semolina
  • 1/4 cube of vegetable stock
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 portion of melted cheese
  • 1 floret of cooked cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

In a saucepan, boil 400mL of water with the vegetable stock and add the semolina. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool. Add the egg yolk, the mashed cauliflower, the olive oil and the cheese.


No need to add salt because it is already included in the cheese
