- 1 egg
- 35g flour
- 20g sugar
- 10g butter
Preheat your oven to 210°C.
Separate the egg yolks from their whites.
In a large bowl, mix the egg yolks and the rest of the sugar until the mixture is well incorporated. Gradually add the flour and a teaspoon of water.
Whisk the egg whites until they form peaks and gently fold into the previous mixture.
Grease a small cake tin, pour in the mixture and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool before serving.
