Roast carrots with honey and thyme

  • 1kg carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Carefully wash and peel the carrots, and then cut them into fine rounds. Peel the onion and slice finely. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and then the carrots. Cook for 10 minutes and then add the honey, mustard and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and add the thyme.
