- 10g small grain rice
- 150mL water
- 1 level tablespoon of sugar
- 1 drop of natural vanilla extract
- 4 measuring scoops of follow-on formula
In a saucepan, heat the water, vanilla and sugar until boiling point.
Sprinkle in the rice and mix with a wooden spoon.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes stirring from time to time.
At the end of the cooking time, add 4 level measuring scoops of follow-on formula. The mixture should be semi-liquid. It gets firmer as it cools.
