- 2 ripe apricots
- 1 peach
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 90mL of water
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 7 level measuring scoops of follow-on formula
Stone, peel and cut the fruit into small cubes.
Combine with the sugar, water and a sprig of rosemary in a saucepan and let the mixture stew.
Remove the rosemary, then blend the fruit in a food processor to a more or less fine consistency. Add the 7 level measuring scoops of follow-on formula and stir to mix. Leave to cool before serving to baby.
