“MALI” Déguê

Ingredients
  • 200g millet couscous
  • 500mL pasteurised yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Pour the millet couscous into a colander and place it on top of the saucepan. Cook like this for 25 minutes.

Once it is cooked, pour the couscous into a large bowl and add the yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix. Dish out the mixture into small individual bowls.

Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour, and then serve chilled.
