Lamb with celery

Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- 800g celery
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and onion. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic and onion for 5 minutes on a medium heat.
Carefully wash the celery and dice finely. Add it to the pan. Sprinkle with thyme. Add enough water to cover, put on a lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
In a frying pan, brown the lamb chops for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with the celery.
