Lamb with asparagus

Ingredients
  • 20g cooked lamb
  • 100g asparagus
  • 1 large potato
  • 50g fromage blanc
  • 1 branch of chervil
Preparation
Wash the asparagus and potato and steam for about 20 minutes. Once cooked, blend until creamy. Add the fromage blanc and the chopped chervil. Finely chop the meat. Serve.
