Fruit mousse

Ingredients
  • 1 peach
  • 1 apple
  • 1 very ripe pear
  • 30g strawberries
Preparation

Wash, peel and chop all the fruit. In a saucepan, mix the fruit with two tablespoons of water, cover and cook for 10 minutes on a low heat. Once all the fruit is cooked, blend until it smooth.

 

Serve chilled
