Fennel gratin

Ingredients
- 600g fennel
- 4 tablespoons of thick pasteurised crème fraîche
- 4 teaspoons of pasteurised grated parmesan
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
Preparation
Carefully wash the fennel and thinly slice it. Blanche the fennel for 10 minutes in a large saucepan of water.
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Strain the fennel and cook it in the oil in a frying pan until it turns golden brown.
Arrange the fennel in an oven dish, add the crème fraiche and parmesan and cook for about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately.
