Endive mash with ham

Ingredients
  • 1 endive
  • 1 potato
  • 1/2 slice of cooked ham
  • 50mL reconstituted follow-on formula
  • 1 teaspoon of walnut or rapeseed oil
Preparation

Wash and peel the endive and potato. Chop the vegetables into small pieces and cook in unsalted boiling water until soft.

Blend the vegetables with the ham and the reconstituted milk until you get a creamy, homogenous mixture.

Add the walnut or rapeseed oil before serving.
