Cream of pumpkin soup with thyme

Ingredients
  • 150g pumpkin
  • 1/3 onion
  • 1 potato
  • ½ tablespoon of crème fraîche
  • 1 sprig of thyme
Preparation

Peel and chop the pumpkin, onion and potato. Boil in a saucepan of water with fresh thyme for about 20 minutes.

Blend it all together and add the crème fraîche before serving.
