Beetroot gazpacho

Ingredients
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 level measuring scoop of growing-up milk formula
  • 100mL of water
Preparation

Peel the beetroot and cut into pieces. Blend with the yoghurt, vinegar and a few spoonfuls of growing-up milk formula.
