Basque-style chicken

  • 30g chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • A pinch of mixed herbs
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil

Thinly slice the onion. Wash and finely dice the tomato.

Chop the chicken into thin slices.

In a saucepan, fry the onion, tomato, chicken and mixed herbs in the olive oil.

Cook for 20 minutes on a low heat. Serve with rice or semolina.
