Artichoke mash and chicken

Ingredients
  • 2 artichoke bottoms
  • 15g chicken escalope
  • 2 measuring scoops of follow-on formula
  • 5g butter
Preparation

Cook the artichoke bottoms in a saucepan of boiling water or in a pressure cooker until soft. Add the chicken escalope and cook for another 5 minutes.

Blend the chicken, the artichoke bottoms and 60mL of water until you get a homogenous mixture.

Add 2 measuring scoops of follow-on formula and butter, blend and serve.
