Almond cake

Ingredients
- 175g butter
- 150g sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 eggs
- 25g flour
- 75g ground almonds
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a saucepan, melt the butter on a low heat.
Pour it into a large bowl, add the sugar, the lemon zest and the eggs. Gradually fold in the flour to avoid lumps. Add the ground almonds.
Butter a cake tin and pour in the mixture. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Leave to cool and then serve.
