Olive cake

Ingredients
  • 200g flour
  • 125g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small handful of grated gruyere cheese
  • 100g smoked bacon pieces
  • 100g green pitted olives
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and softened butter. Then add the eggs one by one and mix until you get a homogenous mixture.

Add the gruyere, bacon and olives and mix.

 

Pour your mixture into a non-stick or greased cake tin.

 

Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. Serve warm.
