Fromage blanc with raw vegetables

 Ingredients 
 - 100g fromage blanc
 - 1 carrot
 - 4 small radishes
 - 2 lettuce leaves
 - ½ teaspoon of lemon juice
 - 1 branch of flat-leaf parsley
 
 Preparation 
 Wash the vegetables. Peel and chop the carrot into rounds. Remove the stalks from the radishes and blend them with the carrot, lettuce and parsley. In a bowl, mix the fromage blanc with the blended vegetables and add the lemon juice before serving.
This dish is a source of dairy. There is no need to give baby another dairy product for dessert. Offer a piece of fruit instead.
