Baby’s daily routine

• My baby can’t sleep through the night: what can I do?

Baby has to learn to get back to sleep all by themselves after a sleep cycle. If they are able to sleep through the night they will go back to sleep, otherwise they will wake you up. They are all alone in the dark, lying on their back, and their crying is a call for you to come and comfort them.
Help them to find their own rhythm all by themselves, by intervening as little as possible: place them in their bed, gently stroke their head to reassure them, and wait until they go back to sleep all by themselves, even if they cry a little.
You can try doing this during their afternoon nap first, and it will then be easier for them to manage it during the night.

Breast milk is the ideal nutrition for your baby. It naturally contains everything your baby needs to grow.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends feeding your baby exclusively with breast milk up to the age of 6 months. France Lait Laboratory supports this recommendation & therefore prohibits all communication on infant formulas (0-6 months).
