Wok fried prawns with vegetables

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 20 peeled pink shrimps
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 courgettes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 bowl of chicken stock
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Carefully wash all the vegetables and cut them into thin slices.

In a wok, heat a little oil then add the chopped garlic and onions and all the other vegetables. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Add the chicken stock and cook for another 5 minutes.  The vegetables must stay crunchy.

In a frying pan, cook the prawns in a little oil and then add them to the wok.

Sprinkle on the parsley and chives and serve immediately.
