“VIETNAM” Lacquered chicken with sesame seeds

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 teaspoons of sesame
  • 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • Oil
Preparation
In a frying pan, cook the chicken breasts in a little oil and then grill the sesame seeds. In a bowl, blend the soya sauce and sugar. Pour this mixture onto the cooked chicken and then sprinkle it with sesame seeds. Serve with Chinese noodles or white rice.
