“VIETNAM” Caramel seabream

Ingredients
  • 4 fillets of skinned seabream
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground chilli powder
  • Salt
Preparation
Carefully rinse the fish and cut the fillets into strips. Sprinkle the fish with the ginger, chilli and a pinch of salt. Put in the fridge. Pour the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water into a saucepan and heat until they caramelise. Carefully add the fish sauce and stir. Add the fish strips and gently stir. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
