Stuffed courgette

Ingredients (for 1 people):

  • 1 round courgette
  • 30g minced meat
  • 10g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of paprika

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

 

Wash the courgette and cut off the top end. Remove the flesh using a teaspoon, taking care not to pierce the skin.

In a bowl, mix the courgette flesh, meat, salt and paprika.  Stuff your courgette with this mixture. Place in a greased oven dish and cook for about 40 minutes.

Serve with small pasta shapes or rice.
