Strawberry tartines

Ingredients
  • 4 slices of brioche
  • 30g butter
  • 30g granulated sugar
  • 24 strawberries
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 210°C.   Butter the slices of brioche and sprinkle sugar on them. Place them in a greased oven dish and brown for 5 minutes.   Carefully wash the strawberries. Remove their stalks and cut them in half. Place the strawberries on the slices of brioche and put them back in the oven for a few minutes.   Serve warm.
