Strawberry ice cream

Ingredients
  • 450g strawberries
  • 100g icing sugar
  • The juice of one lemon
  • 170mL pasteurised full-fat cream
  • 1 plain pasteurised yogurt
Preparation

Carefully wash the strawberries and cut them in half.

In a blender, blend the strawberries, icing sugar and lemon juice.

Pour this mixture into a large bowl and add the cream and plain yogurt. Mix.

Put your mixture in the freezer for 24 hours until your ice cream is firm.
