“SLOVAKIA” Potato rissole

Ingredients
  • 1kg potatoes
  • 400g flour
  • Butter
  • Salt
Preparation

Carefully wash the potatoes. Peel and grate them finely.

In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with the flour and a little salt.

Knead the mixture until you get a soft dough.

Cut out 10cm rissoles.

In a frying pan, melt the butter and fry the rissoles until they are nicely brown. Serve immediately.
