“MIDDLE EAST” Rice flan

Ingredients
  • 2 litres of semi-skimmed pasteurised milk
  • 1.5 glasses of rice flour
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 4 spoons of orange blossom water
Preparation
In a saucepan, dilute the rice four in the milk and bring to the boil. Then add the sugar and continue stirring until you get a creamy mixture. Add the orange blossom, blend and remove from the heat. Pour your mixture into small dishes and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour and then serve.
